October 17, 2024 - Purgo Holdings, LLC announces the acquisition of VSI, LLC and VSI Waterworks, LLC

Purgo Holdings, LLC (“PURGO”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of VSI, LLC and VSI Waterworks, LLC (together “VSI”), an Alpharetta, GA based manufacturer of manual and automated valves used in the commercial, industrial, and municipal markets. The acquisition of VSI is PURGO’S fifth acquisition since its formation and expands the company’s product offering into flow control components. “We are excited to welcome VSI to PURGO.” said Ken Rodi, CEO of PURGO. “VSI has grown rapidly in its core markets and its high quality and broad line of valves and actuation products and accessories is an exciting expansion of our water portfolio. September 26, 2022 - Purgo Holdings announces the acquisition of Superior Manufacturing, LLC (“Superior”)

Purgo Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of Superior Manufacturing, LLC (“Superior”), a Fort Wayne, IN based manufacturer of chemical-free, magnetic water conditioning systems used to reduce scale in residential, commercial and industrial applications. The acquisition of Superior is Purgo’s fourth acquisition since its formation and bolsters the platform’s water treatment product offering. “We are excited to welcome Superior Water Conditioning to Purgo” said Ken Rodi, CEO of Purgo. “Superior’s unique non-chemical conditioning product is a perfect add on to our LAKOS business and will allow for the expansion of our offering to existing customers and channel partners. May 20, 2022 - Purgo Holdings announces the acquisition of Air and Liquid Systems (ALSI) 

Purgo Holdings is pleased to announce the acquisition of Air and Liquid Systems, LLC (“ALSI”), a Detroit, MI based manufacturer and distributor of industrial filtration equipment and systems used in pre-treatment and paint processing applications. The acquisition of ALSI is Purgo’s third acquisition since its formation and significantly broadens its filtration and separation product offering, expanding its industrial end market coverage. May 17, 2021 - Purgo Holdings announces acquisition of Steri Technologies

Purgo Holdings LLC is pleased to announce that it is has acquired Steri Technologies Inc, a Bohemia, New York-based manufacturer of filtration systems for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. This acquisition will further diversify and broaden Purgo’s portfolio of filtration solutions and expand into new vertical markets. Steri Technologies will continue to operate under its current name with plans to invest for continued growth. “We are excited to partner with Purgo and continue to invest in the growth of Steri”, says Clemens Nigg, President of Steri. “We have experienced significant growth over the past several years as customers recognize our differentiation in product quality and support, and our customer-focused approach to solving their filtration needs. August 1, 2018 - Purgo Holdings announces acquisition of LAKOS Filtration Solutions

Purgo Holdings is pleased to announce that it has acquired LAKOS Filtration Solutions a Fresno, California-based manufacturer of filtration systems for the industrial, commercial, agricultural irrigation, and residential groundwater markets. LAKOS’s core Separator products remove solids from liquids, mainly through an environmentally friendly centrifugal action. LAKOS Filtration Solutions was formed in 1972 and is based in Fresno, California.
